3. Returns
FAUCETS: No return of material will be accepted that has not been expressly agreed with our company. Any material that, both in model and finish, is out of the catalog will not be accepted. In all those product orders with personalized manufacturing (color enamelled and special metallic finishes of faucets) that the client, unilaterally, decides to cancel for any reason after 48 hours from the formalization of the order, its cancellation or refund of the order will not be managed. amount. In the event that the reason for the return is attributable to a defect in the product caused by its manufacturer or breakage attributable to the transport company, Vega Diaz Shop Online will be responsible for the costs derived from shipping and collection. Otherwise, the customer must be responsible for the shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable in the following cases:

- Those products that are made according to the client's instructions. This assumption will be applicable to those cases in which the product to be returned is incomplete because it does not include all its accessories or is part of a lot.
